The locks allow you to block or hide certain paths depending on the player's past choices.
There are 3 types of locks:

- Requirements: the player must have picked one or several paths from the story in its history to access this path
- Exclusions: the player must not have picked one or several paths from the story in its history to access this path
- Series: the player must have picked one or several paths from the past episodes in the series, to access this path.
Note that for all 3 types of locks, you can set a hint for why the lock is displayed. If no hint is set then a lock path won’t be displayed at all to the player.
